Her understated elegance in furnishings and accommodations, knowledgeable and personable crew, and incredible food will ensure that you feel pampered, relaxed, and revitalized.
She has been specifically designed as a fast, luxurious charter yacht, and her length of 58’ is misleading, especially when it is considered that she has even more volume than catamarans 10 feet longer.

Food & Drink
One of the fabulous features of a crewed yacht charter is having your very own personal chef. Most will have formal culinary training or restaurant experience, and so you will find the food on board to be of an excellent standard – very often better than on shore! Whether you like home-style cooking or gourmet fare the chef will tailor the menu according to your tastes and preferences.
We provide forms for you to complete, detailing your favorite dishes, likes and dislikes, and any special requests. You then have the opportunity to discuss and review the menu prior to your trip. Some chefs will also provide a children’s menu and will happily cater to any special dietary requirements or allergies.
The all inclusive yachts come fully stocked with a ships bar & house wines, you can also request special brands or your favorite wines (some which may be at additional cost). We assist in ensuring that the crew are well prepared and every detail is taken care of so that all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Crew Profile
Your crew aboard Saboré is a delightful British twosome, whose friendly dispositions and professional attitude will make you feel totally at home whilst on board. Together since 1987, they achieved their dream to pursue sailing full time in 1995. Equipping their own 35 foot sailboat, they left England to start an adventure that took them to Spain, Portugal and the Canaries, before crossing the Atlantic to the azure waters of the Caribbean. Since 1997, they have successfully completed over 175 charters in this cruising paradise.
Their guest book says it all! Colin and Penny know what it takes to tailor a charter to your particular needs.
Colin, Royal Yachting Association Yacht Master, has the sea in his blood. From his first turn at the helm at the age of 5, whilst sitting on his father’s knee, he proudly continues the family tradition established by his great grandfather who sailed the world on the Tea Clipper ships. Well qualified, with over 75,000 miles of sailing experience and an intimate knowledge of Caribbean waters, Colin will enhance your sailing vacation and make your safety of paramount importance. Enormously practical, with a background in the electrical field, Colin is great fun and has an affinity with people of all ages.
Penny, a Qualified English Nanny who worked internationally, has a fun loving approach to life and is gifted in attending to people’s needs. An excellent chef, she discovered her creativity and gourmet skills at an early age. Dining aboard Saboré is special, as each colourful and varied dish delights the eye and tantalizes the taste buds, reflecting the influences of her extensive travels. A Royal Yachting Association Day Skipper, who is as at home on the water as she is in the galley, Penny compliments her husband, Colin.

Planning Your Itinerary
The Caribbean remains one of the most unspoiled, un-crowded and magical sailing destinations in the world. We have chartered yachts in these waters for many years and it is as uniquely pleasurable today as it was when we very first arrived. We will provide advice and guidance on the cruising area most suited to your group, some itineraries offer exciting blue water sailing whilst others with easy beach access and short sails are more suited to families with young children.
Once you have decided on the cruising area we will make recommendations on the best routes, must see things to do, anchorages off the beaten track or perhaps the best beach bar for sun-downers – what-ever your requirements a personal itinerary will be planned for your trip.
Once on board you will be able to discuss plans each day over breakfast – the wonderful thing about a private yacht charter is that YOU get to decide the pace of the trip and that in consultation with the Captain the itinerary is entirely flexible.
